At Easy Invoice & Reports, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled when using our application.

1. Offline Operation

Easy Invoice & Reports is designed to operate primarily as a fully offline application. Your invoices, client information, payment records, reports, and other application data are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers or any cloud service.

In the unlikely event that the application encounters a crash or unexpected error, you may be prompted to optionally send an error report to Sentry, a third-party error monitoring service. This report is only sent if you explicitly choose to send it. If you decline, no error report is transmitted.

2. Optional Error Reports

If you choose to send an error report, information relating to the application error may be transmitted directly to Sentry for the purposes of diagnosing, investigating, and improving the reliability of Easy Invoice & Reports.

Error reports may contain technical information such as error messages, stack traces, application version, operating system information, and other diagnostic information associated with the crash.

3. No Collection or Sharing of Application Data

We do not collect, store, transmit, or share your personal or business data as part of the normal operation of Easy Invoice & Reports. All data entered into the application remains solely on your device.

The only exception is an optional error report that you explicitly choose to send following a crash or unexpected error, as described above.

4. Local Data Storage

All your invoices, client information, payment records, and reports are saved locally on your machine. We have no access to this data, nor do we receive any copy of it.

5. Security

Because Easy Invoice & Reports does not routinely transmit your application data over the internet, your business data remains on your device during normal use. However, when you explicitly choose to send an error report, the relevant diagnostic information is transmitted to Sentry for analysis.

6. Third-Party Services

Easy Invoice & Reports does not use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services.

We use Sentry solely for optional error and crash reporting. Sentry is only contacted when you explicitly choose to send an error report following an application error or crash.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the application, the services we use, or legal requirements. Any changes will be reflected in this document.
